Description: The Red Yeast Rice is made from Monascus Purpureus fermented on rice. It contains Monacolin K, which is natural and safe hypotensive. The Red Yeast Rice is used in China more than 1000 years and accepted by people all of the worlds.
Functional red yeast (also known as lipid-lowering Monascus) Red Yeast Rice, cereals, red koji and water for the production of raw materials, solid state fermentation long, containing a high proportion (60-85%) of the open-loop (acid structure) monacolin K; in addition, functional red yeast product having also rich in ergosterol treatment of osteoporosis, unsaturated fatty acids, amino acids, γ- aminobutyric acid and peptides. Products must not contain citrinin, 100% solid state fermentation, in full accordance with GMP production norms, 100% export products, quality sufficient to obtain the trust of the United States, Taiwan, Europe customers.
